Hiring Sourcing Experts (Non-IT)
Kudlu Gate office, Bangalore
1+ yr sourcing exp across Sales, Retail, Healthcare, BFSI or similar sectors, up to 4 LPA.
Solid communication a must.
F2F interview only.
10 am to 7 pm 5 days a week
What You'll Do
- Handle end to end recruitment for associate and agent level profiles
- Manage bulk hiring drives and volume closures within deadlines
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals and walk ins
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports
- Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
