We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to architect and deliver customer engagement solutions leveraging both Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in creating unified customer profiles, real-time personalization strategies, and data-driven marketing experiences across digital channels.
The successful candidate will lead the design of scalable data and personalization architectures, oversee data ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, and real-time decisioning, while ensuring seamless integration between Data Cloud, MCP, and the broader MarTech ecosystem. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, analytics, product, and engineering teams to drive highly personalized customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.

Must have skills

1. Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), including architecture, configuration, and deployment of real-time personalization solutions such as Open-Time Email (OTE) campaigns, web and mobile personalization, product recommendations, decisioning strategies, audience segmentation, and behavioral targeting.
2. Strong expertise in Data Cloud capabilities, including data ingestion, identity resolution, profile unification, audience segmentation, and activation.
3. Proven experience designing and implementing real-time personalization use cases using MCP,



Interaction Studio, and behavioral customer data.
4. Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and MCP-driven engagement strategies.
5. Experience with consent management, customer profile stitching, and customer data platform (CDP) best practices.
6. Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP), event-driven architectures, and data connectors.
7. Robust skills in SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data transformation, automation, and personalization use cases.
8. Experience integrating Data Cloud and MCP with enterprise MarTech platforms, CRMs, analytics solutions, and digital experience platforms.
9. Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and performance optimization for large-scale customer data environments.

Good to have skills

1. Experience with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization
4. Client-facing experience and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders
5. Familiarity with audience segmentation, journey orchestration,



and personalization strategies

Key responsibiltes

1. Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
2. Architect data models and ingestion pipelines for unified customer profiles
3. Integrate Data Cloud with MCP and other MarTech platforms for activation and personalization
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
5. Guide development teams in building reusable components and automation scripts
6. Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and privacy compliance
7. Troubleshoot complex data and integration issues across platforms
8. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices
9. Support audience creation, segmentation, and journey orchestration workflows
10. Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to roadmap planning for Data Cloud adoption

Education Qulification

Bachelors in Engineering with a specialisation in Computer Science, Data , IT
Graduate from other fields with good communication and analytical skills
