About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to partner with business leaders, drive people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and align HR initiatives with business objectives in a permanent remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic HR Business Partnering with business leaders. Drive Performance Management, KPI/KRA reviews, calibration, and PIP.
- Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, and Succession Planning. Employee Engagement, Culture Building, HR Connects, Skip-level meetings, and 1:1s.
- Employee Relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Attrition analysis, retention strategies, exit interviews, and HR analytics.
- HR Metrics & MIS reporting (Headcount, Attrition, Hiring, Diversity, Productivity). Partner with Talent Acquisition for critical hiring requirements, including IT hiring support whenever required.
- HR policy implementation, compliance, onboarding, promotions, transfers, confirmations, and exits.



Collaborate with leadership on change management and organizational development.
- Mentor HR team members and support leadership capability development. Required Skills HR Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Change Management, HR Analytics, HRMS, Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Dashboards), Decision Making, Business Acumen, Communication. Qualifications MBA/MSW (HR) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 7+ years of HRBP experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership. Exposure to IT hiring is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Immediate joiners/short notice candidates preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
