Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, with an interest in understanding business requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with clients and development teams on real-time software projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and client meetings.
- Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements.
- Create user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Track project progress and ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
- Perform market and competitor research.
- Assist in product planning and feature prioritization.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documentation.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Work on real-time client projects.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories,



and Use Cases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Eligibility

- BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.E./B.Tech, BA, B.Sc., M.Sc., or any relevant degree.
- Freshers and current graduate students are encouraged to apply.
