- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Recommend appropriate maintenance, repair, and service packages based on vehicle condition.
- Explain service estimates, pricing, benefits, and timelines clearly to customers.
- Promote annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), extended warranties, accessories, and other value-added services.
- Follow up with existing customers for periodic maintenance, renewals, and service reminders.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare quotations, maintain sales records, and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.




- Stay updated on company services, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
