FTC- Ecommerce Sales Operations;We are seeking an FTC (Fixed-Term Contract) Ecommerce Sales Operations professional to support and optimize our online sales channels. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of e-commerce strategies, contributing to increased sales and an enhanced customer experience across our digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional activities across various e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and track performance of digital marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability on e-commerce channels.
- Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance to management.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Support the resolution of customer queries and issues related to online orders.
- Ensure compliance with all e-commerce platform guidelines and company policies.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0-1 years) in e-commerce sales operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
