Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Manager to handle execution and supervision of HVAC and air-conditioning projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating with technicians and clients, and ensuring timely and quality project completion.

This is an in office role involving regular site visits, team handling, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Candidates with experience in AC installation or project execution will be preferred. Freshers with technical knowledge and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise installation and execution of AC/HVAC systems at the site
- Manage technicians and ensure work is completed on time
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the internal team




- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site
- Handle material planning and basic inventory at the site
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently

Requirements:

- Experience in site handling (HVAC preferred)
- Basic technical knowledge of AC systems and installation
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage labour and multiple sites
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel locally for site work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
