About Northrop

Northrop is a advisory firm specializing in forensic accounting, corporate governance, transaction advisory, and NGO compliance. We're building a robust digital presence around audit accountability and governance reform in India and we need someone to help us tell that story visually and consistently across platforms.

What You'll Do

- Create and schedule Instagram content (reels, carousels, static posts) covering forensic accounting cases, governance themes, and firm updates
- Repurpose long-form content (LinkedIn posts, newsletter issues) into short-form visual formats
- Research and scrape relevant industry news, case studies, and trends (corporate fraud cases, NGO compliance updates, FCRA changes) to feed the content pipeline
- Track competitor and industry social accounts to spot content opportunities and formats worth adapting
- Maintain a content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Assist in basic design work (Canva/Figma) for visual templates and branded assets
- Monitor engagement metrics and report on what's working




- Support outreach to grow visibility tagging, hashtag research, community engagement, follower growth tactics

What We're Looking For

- Strong sense of visual storytelling knows what stops a scroll
- Comfortable with content research, including pulling information from multiple online sources
- Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Interest in finance, governance, or the startup/NGO ecosystem is a plus (not mandatory)
- Self-starter who can work with minimal hand-holding
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, mass comm, or related field

Bonus Points

- Has run a personal Instagram page/brand and grown it from scratch
- Knows basic analytics (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics)
