Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, booking travel tickets, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update sales information in the CRM system.
- Track customer inquiries, follow up on quotations, and update status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight, train, and hotel bookings for employees.
- Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional events.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
- Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Participate in weekly and monthly review meetings and provide required updates.

Required Skills





- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience or knowledge in preparing quotations and proforma invoices.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and data entry.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Payment follow-up and basic negotiation skills are an added advantage.

Eligibility

- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Back Office Operations.
- Freshers with valuable communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
