Experience: 2-3 Years in Real Estate
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
Role Highlights:
* Manage customer interactions and maintain CRM data accurately.
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
* Coordinate with sales, accounts, legal, Bankers and project teams for customer requirements.
* Track documentation, agreements, payments, and possession-related activities.
* Ensure timely follow-ups and regular customer communication.
* Generate CRM reports and maintain customer records.
* Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
