Develop, optimize, and improve concrete admixture formulations while supporting RD, quality assurance, production, and technical sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for concrete admixtures.
- Conduct laboratory testing and product performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant BIS, ASTM, and international standards.
- Support product development and new product launches.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to admixture performance.
- Coordinate with production to ensure consistent product quality.
- Provide technical support to the sales and application teams.
- Prepare technical reports, formulation records, and documentation.
- Assist customers with product selection, application guidance, and site support when required.
Preferred Qualification
B.E.
/ B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
Required Skills / Experience
- 2 5 years of experience in concrete admixture formulation or construction chemicals.
- Solid knowledge of concrete technology, cement chemistry, admixture formulations, and quality control.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and product development.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
