Purpose/Objective

This is a representational job purpose statement. The Team Member role is responsible for contributing to the efficient functioning of the team by executing assigned tasks, supporting operations, and ensuring quality in all deliverables. Key Responsibilities of Role

Operational Support: Assist in executing daily tasks as per assigned responsibilities. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. Maintain workflow efficiency by coordinating with team members. Quality and Compliance: Ensure work meets quality and performance standards. Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations. Identify and report any operational challenges or quality issues. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of tasks, progress, and any issues encountered. Provide updates to supervisors and participate in performance discussions. Suggest improvements based on task observations and experiences. Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, discussions,



and knowledge-sharing sessions. Support team members in achieving collective goals and deadlines. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team workplace. Key Stakeholders - Internal: Graduate Engineer Trainee Key Stakeholders - External: None

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification: B. Tech. with relevant certifications including Six Sigma, Project Management, Data Analytics etc. Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, or team-oriented role with hands-on experience in handling daily tasks, problem-solving, and process adherence. Industry Knowledge: Awareness of current trends and technological advancements in industry. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
