Position: Tender Executive

Location: Chembur

Role & responsibilities:

- Monitor and identify relevant pharma tenders from portals like GeM, e-procurement websites, and other sources
- Prepare and submit tender documents (technical & commercial bids) accurately and before due date on portal like GeM, CPPP, and State Medical Corporations
- Handle complete tender lifecycle: registration, documentation, submission, and follow-up
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, Purchase, Finance Departments) for required Documents
- Ensure compliance with Tender terms & Condition, WHO-GMP norms, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes
- Follow up with authorities for tender status, approvals, and order processing
- Manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees, and other financial instruments
- Analyze tender results and competitor pricing for better strategy

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in Tender Process
- Robust knowledge of government tender processes in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Familiarity with portals like GeM, CPPP, and state tender portal
