Job Title: Site Supervisor Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes

We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to manage our on-site installation processes from start to finish. You will ensure that all modular kitchens and wardrobes are installed perfectly according to design drawings, maintaining strict quality control and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Installer Allocation: Issue daily schedule and hand over work assignments to the site installers.
- Site Measurement: Visit client sites to take exact final measurements before production and installation.
- Drawing Explanation: Explain working technical drawings clearly to the client's on-site supervisor or contractor.
- Accuracy Assurance: Double-check that all civil, electrical, and plumbing provisions match our design layouts accurately.
- Installation Inspection: Verify that installers assemble and fit the kitchens and wardrobes strictly according to the approved blueprints.
- Quality Control: Check alignment, shutter finishes, hardware functionality, and overall installation quality.
- CRM Updates: Log daily site progress photos, status updates, and milestones into the company CRM.
- Client Handover: Interact with clients on-site to address concerns and collect the signed Handover/Completion Certificate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Drawing Interpretation: Strong ability to read and explain complex interior layouts, elevations, and service drawings.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of modular furniture materials, hardware (Hettich, Blum, etc.),



and installation techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve on-site mismatches or structural challenges.
- Communication: Clear, polite, and confident communication to manage both labour and clients.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a two-wheeler for daily site travel.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience supervising modular kitchen or interior fit-out sites.

1. Key Performance Area (KPA): Installation Quality & Precision

- KPI: Zero measurement-related errors or re-works at the production phase.
- KPI: % of sites passing the final internal quality check on the first inspection.
- KPI: Strict adherence to hardware functionality and alignment checklists.

2. Key Performance Area (KPA): Timeline & Resource Management

- KPI: % of project installations completed within the agreed deadline schedule.
- KPI: Daily labor productivity rate (tracking active installers vs. tasks completed).
- KPI: Response time to resolve on-site structural or technical mismatches (measured in hours).

3. Key Performance Area (KPA): Customer Satisfaction & Handover

- KPI: Customer feedback score (NPS/CSAT) at the time of final project handover.
- KPI: Time taken to resolve client complaints during the active installation phase.
- KPI: 100% collection rate of signed Handover/Completion Certificates post-installation.

4. Key Performance Area (KPA): Reporting & Data Compliance

- KPI: 100% compliance with daily CRM updates, including site photos and milestone logs.
- KPI: Accuracy and punctuality of weekly site-readiness forecasting reports.
