Job Description

We are hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead test automation efforts, ensure product quality, and streamline testing processes across web and enterprise applications. The role involves designing automation frameworks, implementing test strategies, and mentoring junior QA team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks (UI, API, functional, and regression testing).
- Create and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Conduct performance, load, and security testing where applicable.
- Identify, document,



and track defects to resolution.
- Drive best practices for test automation and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in QA with robust focus on test automation.
- Hands-on expertise with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent).
- Strong programming/scripting knowledge in Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
