- Lead the track of defect fixing for Retail Assets Automation testing & Retail Assets CR/Projects delivery.
- The person should be having an expertise on Finacle Retail Assets & should have managed a team of 10-15 before to handle CRs or Production issues.
- Lead design, configuration, and testing of Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.
- Manage production stability triage and resolve critical incidents, drive root-cause analysis, and reduce recurring defects.
- Own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module and drive stabilization initiatives across entities.
