Design develop and implement ETL processes to extract transform and load data efficiently Perform comprehensive data testing to ensure data accuracy completeness and integrity Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to understand data requirements and testing needs Analyze data flows and identify potential data quality issues Utilize ETL tools and frameworks to automate data validation and testing Document testing processes test cases and results for audit and compliance purposes Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ETL and data testing methodologies
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for ETL processes Identify report and track defects related to data discrepancies and ETL failures Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve datarelated issues Validate data migration and integration activities to ensure seamless data flow across systems Ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards throughout the ETL lifecycle Mentor junior team members on ETL concepts and data testing techniques Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing frameworks and processes
