Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze legacy business rules, workflows, and functional specifications to support the modernization initiative.
- Participate in requirement elicitation, requirement clarification, backlog refinement, and sprint planning sessions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete test coverage.
- Define the overall testing strategy, test plan, test schedule, and test execution approach for functional, integration, regression, security, and performance testing.
- Lead the offshore QA team by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of testing activities.
- Coordinate with Rules, Architecture, Development, and DevOps teams to resolve requirement gaps, defects,



and technical dependencies.
- Validate Camunda workflows, Drools/DMN business rules, Spring Boot APIs, and Modernized FDR-IT integrations against business requirements.
- Review test cases, automation scripts, and defect reports to ensure completeness and quality.
- Conduct functional walkthroughs, requirement reviews, defect triage meetings, and root cause analysis sessions.
- Track defects using Azure DevOps, prioritize issues with stakeholders, and verify defect resolutions. Well versed with Test Management tool.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production release validation.
- Prepare and present test metrics, quality dashboards, requirement coverage reports, and status updates to project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards, SDLC processes, and Agile delivery practices.
- Identify project risks, quality issues, and requirement gaps, and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
- Mentor QA team members by promoting best practices in requirement analysis, testing, and quality assurance.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, requirement management, and overall delivery quality.
