Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the end-to-end human resource functions for the company, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, personnel documentation, HR compliance, employee engagement, performance management support, and coordination with the Saudi Arabia Head Office. The role requires strong organisational skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities remotely.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment verification and background checks.
- 2. Employee Onboarding
- Prepare onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Conduct orientation sessions for recent employees.
- Ensure all required documents are collected before joining.
- Coordinate probation review schedules.
- Monitor attendance reports.
- Track employee leave balances.
- Record absenteeism and late attendance.
- Coordinate with department managers regarding attendance issues.
- Generate monthly attendance reports.
5. Performance Management Support
- Coordinate employee probation evaluations.
- Assist in annual performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee KPIs.
- Maintain appraisal documentation.
- Follow up on performance improvement plans.
6. Employee Relations
- Respond to employee HR-related queries.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances.
- Maintain confidentiality in employee matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate company events and virtual activities.
7. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure personnel files remain complete and updated.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR operations for Saudi Arabia business units.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Schedule interviews across different time zones.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
- Assist in HR projects assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- 25 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Experience supporting remote teams is preferred.
- GCC recruitment experience is an advantage.
