We are looking for MDM Solution Consultant to join the Master Data Management (MDM) team within CGI Supply Chain Business Solutions. In this role, you will work with a global and dynamic team focused on Customer Master Data Management (MDM/CDM) processes. You will collaborate closely with Product Architects, Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to design scalable, high-performing, and standardized solutions that deliver business value while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

- Contribute to defining IT solutions aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Design solutions that balance standardization, simplification, and necessary customization.
- Prepare and communicate solution design documents to development teams for successful implementation.
- Ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, operable, and optimized for performance.
- Recommend technical approaches that align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Business & Functional Analysis:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and refine user stories.
- Ensure proposed solutions achieve the expected business outcomes outlined in the business case.
- Incorporate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and performance considerations into solution design.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration:

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.




- Work collaboratively with global business and IT stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Provide L2/L3 application support and assist in issue resolution.
- Contribute to test strategy definition, test planning, and execution.
- Implement scalable technical solutions aligned with established architectural patterns and design principles.

Required Skills & Experience:

Primary Skills:

- Proven experience in Business Analysis and Functional Analysis for Oracle MDM Customer Data Management (CDM) or other enterprise MDM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Data Hub (CDH) or a similar MDM solution.
- Strong understanding of Trading Community Architecture (TCA) and BI Reports.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Valuable in REST APIs, API design principles, and API management.
- Understanding of integration architectures, including EDI, APIs, and event-driven architecture (preferably Kafka).

Secondary Skills:

- Knowledge of Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience with Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Basic understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and solution design principles.
- Working in Java, Git, SQL, and cloud technologies (Azure).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native platforms such as Kubernetes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Master Data Management, Solution Consulting, or Functional Consulting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional global teams.
