Job Title: Factory Accounts Manager

Location: Uluberia

Qualification:

- Graduate in Commerce.
- Additional qualifications such as CA Final, MBA in Finance, and knowledge of SAP BOne will be considered an added advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- Candidates with experience in the Plastic or Tarpaulin industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconciliation of books of accounts with physical records.
- Ensure timely and accurate daily accounting entries related to consumption, production, and inventory movement.
- Maintain and verify purchase and sales entries.
- Monitor and oversee all debtors' and creditors' ledgers related to factory operations.
- Ensure completion and maintenance of all related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with TDS, TCS, and GST requirements,



including timely deductions and filings.
- Coordinate with various departments such as HR, SAP Coordinators, and Manufacturing Units for smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit management reports as and when required.

Preferred Skills:

- Robust understanding of factory accounting and inventory management.
- Working knowledge of SAP Business One.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach.
