- Manage green field projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for switchyard design, installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during project execution by conducting regular site inspections and audits.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Job Requirements :
- 3-20 years of experience in power industry or related field (electrical engineering).
- Robust understanding of green field projects, including planning, execution, and commissioning processes.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects involving high-voltage equipment such as switchgear systems.
