We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with 1-2 years of experience who possesses excellent English communication skills and can interact confidently with customers. Candidates who are proficient in additional regional languages will be given preference.
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet service quality standards and response time targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in one or more regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply, provided they have excellent communication skills and relevant customer support experience.
- Experience in BFSI, FinTech, Banking, BPO, E-commerce, Telecom, Healthcare, Hospitality, or any customer-facing industry will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Weekly Off: All Sundays and one Saturday every month (after successful completion of the probation period).
