- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and other IT devices.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

- Handle operating system installation, configuration, updates, and upgrades.

- Troubleshoot printer-related issues and ensure smooth functioning.

- Provide basic network support, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and basic switch connectivity.

- Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, recording, playback, and user access.

- Perform preventive maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV equipment, and other IT infrastructure.

- Conduct site visits for IT infrastructure setup, CCTV installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and user support at branch/project locations.

- Diagnose and resolve end-user technical issues within defined timelines while ensuring minimal downtime.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, CCTV support, and warranty-related issues.

- Maintain IT assets, CCTV inventory, and update support tickets, service reports, and site visit documentation.

- Ensure excellent customer service,



user satisfaction, and adherence to IT security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 34 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support.

- Diploma, BCA, B.Sc. (IT/CS), B.Tech., or any Graduate with relevant IT experience.

- Strong knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Support.

- Experience in Printer Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.

- Operating System Installation & Configuration (Windows).

- Basic Networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP).

- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP Cameras, NVR/DVR configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Willingness to travel and conduct site visits for installations, maintenance, and technical support.

- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer support and end-user handling experience.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
