Job Details QA Analyst
- 2-4 years of professional QA Test experience.
- Working within projects right from inception helping to identify testing needs/requirements and building out the test plans.
- Good understanding and Hands on experience of Software Development Lifecycle process and Testing techniques.
- Experience working in large projects, cross functional and in a dynamic environment.
- Leverage the QA Test strategy and drive valuable QA practice within projects.
- Outstanding understanding of the different phases of Testing viz System, Integration, User Acceptance, Regression etc.
- Excellent knowledge of various test techniques and concepts.
- Responsible for the creation of testing artifacts including but not limited to test scenarios, test cases, test conditions, test closure, defect reports.
- Ability to manage and execute complex test scenarios.
- Test the software according to Test plan and agreed timelines.
- Thorough understanding of Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and responsible for mapping of test cases to business requirements and functional designs.
- Good knowledge and exposure to test management tools such as ALM Octane, Microsoft Devops Jira.
- Thorough understanding of Defect Management and UAT Management process.
- Advanced knowledge on Confluence, Microsoft office 365 tools.
- Experience working in an Agile or fast paced environment.
- Report on the status of QA to Project stakeholders.
- Escalate QA and test issues to line manager/stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively and efficiently within a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, Stakeholders skills.
- Strong aptitude for learning new tools technologies.
- Plan to timelines Risk management skills essential.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Associate in Software Testing
- Certified Software Quality Analyst
- Certified Test Engineer
- ISTQB certified (Foundation level)
- Pharmaceuticals wholesaling or Healthcare domain knowledge desirable.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 0-2 years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in system/software quality and testing.
