Purpose/Objective

The purpose of this role is to act as a bridge between the company, investors, analysts, and the financial market by ensuring transparent, accurate, and timely communication of the company's financial and business performance. The role supports management in enhancing investor confidence, maintaining regulatory compliance, analyzing market trends, and providing insights on valuation, shareholder expectations, and market perception to strengthen the company's reputation and attract investment.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to support investor relations activities. - Investor Communication: Develop and maintain investor presentations, quarterly and annual reports, and other communication materials. - Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, stock market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all investor communications comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. - Relationship Management: Manage investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders. - Monitor financial news and prepare daily or weekly morning briefings for internal and external use. - Draft, edit, and refine press releases, scripts, corporate profiles, storyboards, and other communications materials. - Research and prepare reports on a particular client's shareholder base, analyst consensus estimates, IR quarterly activity, roadshow/conference meeting schedules, corporate presentation slides, etc.



- Ensure the accuracy and validity of all information that is disseminated to investors and that only information already in the public domain is conveyed - Provide summary feedback to management post investor activities - Work cross-functionally with internal teams in tracking and reporting portfolio company results. - Provide guidance and advise on modelling and valuation issues to ensure that published models give a fair and representative analysis and valuation of the company - Ensure that questions and requests are handled in a timely fashion and that information provided is consistent, validated and only that in the public domain - Provide clarity and context on operational and financial aspects that may be critical to analyzing the fundamental performance of the underlying business - Quickly develop solid working relationships with key personnel in the various business units around the company. - Prepare and review internal IR reports for the management board , looking at recent trading analysis, performance versus peers, analyst recommendations and target prices and other market trends (short interest, relative strength index etc. )

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications - Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance or related field. - Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in investor relations or financial planning & analysis, or a related field. - Knowledge on working Bloomberg/Nasdaq terminal will be an added advantage
