Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage business for SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) insurance products.
- Handle quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
- Understand client insurance requirements and recommend suitable General Insurance solutions.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, underwriting, and policy servicing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Follow up with clients for policy closures and renewals.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company processes.
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily MIS reports.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of General Insurance products, especially SME Insurance.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in General Insurance or Insurance Broking will be preferred.
