The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency channel distribution methods, where insurance products are sold through agents.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance advisor development and retention within the agency channel.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, customers, and internal teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
