;As the Manager Partner Marketing & Field Events, youll own the planning, coordination, execution, and optimization of offline marketing programs across Ankpals partner ecosystem. Working closely with partners and internal teams, youll lead strategic events, field campaigns, and partner marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships, generate qualified pipeline, and create consistent brand experiences across multiple cities. This role reports to the Head of Marketing / VP Marketing and requires exceptional project management, stakeholder coordination, and flawless execution across multiple stakeholders.

;How Youll Contribute

- ;Develop and execute quarterly partner marketing calendars and regional marketing programs.

- ;Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with channel partners to generate demand and strengthen partner engagement.

- ;Support partners with marketing collateral, branding assets, campaign planning, and execution.

- ;Monitor partner campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- ;Own the end-to-end planning and execution of partner meets, customer events, roadshows, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, product launches, and networking events.

- ;Manage venues, vendors, registrations, branding, logistics, hospitality, speakers, and on-ground event execution.

- ;Execute city-wise field marketing campaigns alongside partner and sales teams to generate qualified business opportunities.

- ;Negotiate with vendors and manage event budgets, purchase orders, and invoices while maintaining premium event quality and cost efficiency.





- ;Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Design, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

- ;Measure campaign and event performance by tracking event ROI, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced, attendance, and partner satisfaction.

- ;Present post-event reports, insights, and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.

- ;Ensure brand consistency across all partner marketing, field marketing, and event activities.

;What Were Looking For

- ;Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- ;48 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Partner Marketing, Event Marketing, or Field Marketing.
Experience in SaaS, ERP, or B2B Technology companies is highly preferred.

- ;Strong project management and event planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- ;Excellent partner, stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- ;Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

- ;Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

- ;Analytical mindset with the ability to measure marketing performance, event ROI, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.

- ;Highly organized, execution-focused, and capable of delivering premium experiences while managing budgets effectively.

- ;Willingness to travel extensively for partner meetings, customer events, and field marketing initiatives.

- ;A passion for creating meaningful partner relationships, memorable customer experiences, and measurable business growth through strategic marketing execution.
