Job Summary
Hakani Bima Solutions Insurance Brokers LLP is looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, primarily hiring Telecallers and Managers for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri and Indeed.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Preferred Industry
- Insurance, BPO, Banking, Financial Services, or Recruitment Consultancy.
