REDANCHOR Management is a rapidly growing Facility Management, Property Management, Payroll & Compliance, and Business Support company based in Ahmedabad. We provide qualified services to industrial, commercial, and corporate clients across Gujarat.

We are looking for a proactive Business Support Executive who can work closely with the management team and help streamline daily business operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients through phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and business documents.
- Maintain client records and update CRM/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for manpower deployment and service execution.
- Track employee documentation, attendance and payroll-related information.
- Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
- Follow up with clients for pending approvals, documents and service updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of company records.




- Support management in daily business operations and administrative activities.
- Ensure timely communication between clients, operations and management.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience in documentation and administrative work.
- Client Coordination and Customer Relationship Management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional email writing skills.
- Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

Experience with ERP software, CRM software or HRMS will be an added advantage.
