Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, hands-on marketing qualified who can independently manage the full marketing function from lead generation to content to automation — with minimal supervision and maximum ownership. This person will be the sole in-house marketing resource and is expected to operate as a one-person marketing department, managing both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Campaign Management

- Independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and any other relevant platform
- Own the complete campaign cycle — audience targeting, ad creatives, copy, bid strategy, budget allocation, and A/B testing
- Generate weekly performance reports covering impressions, clicks, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, and pipeline contribution
- Proactively recommend budget reallocations based on channel performance
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and adapt campaigns accordingly

2. SEO & AIEO (AI-driven Search Visibility)

- Own the firm's organic search presence — keyword strategy, on-page SEO, technical SEO coordination, and backlink health
- Ensure Faber Infinite is discoverable not just on Google but increasingly within AI-generated answers on tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — this is non-negotiable for a consulting firm in today's search environment
- Work with web vendors to implement SEO recommendations and track monthly ranking and traffic improvements
- Monitor and report organic lead contribution alongside paid channels

3. Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

- Design, build, and manage the complete lead nurturing architecture within the CRM platform

- Create multi-touch drip campaigns for every lead category — inbound leads, proposal follow-ups, cold prospects, post-event contacts, and long-cycle nurturing
- Set up lead scoring models based on source, behaviour, engagement, and industry fit
- Configure automated workflows and triggers that move leads through the funnel without manual intervention
- Ensure every marketing-qualified lead handed to the sales team includes full context — source, engagement history, content consumed, and readiness score
- Maintain CRM data hygiene — no duplicates, no stale records, no untagged leads

4. Content Creation & Thought Leadership

- Develop and own the monthly content calendar aligned to service lines, target industries, and buyer journey stages
- Write a weekly newsletter for active prospects and a bimonthly deep-dive newsletter for the broader audience — both must reflect genuine consulting insight, not generic marketing content
- Produce LinkedIn posts, long-form articles, case studies, white papers, and email sequences on a consistent cadence
- Conduct structured interviews with existing clients to extract transformation stories and business outcomes — and convert them into compelling case studies and testimonials

- Collaborate with senior partners to extract their expertise and convert it into publishable content that builds the firm's thought leadership credibility
- Manage the firm's LinkedIn company page and support senior leaders in building their personal presence on the platform

5. Vendor & Agency Management

- Serve as the single point of contact for all external marketing partners — SEO agencies, paid ads partners, content writers, web developers, and design vendors
- Write detailed briefs, review all deliverables for quality and alignment, manage timelines, and hold vendors accountable against agreed KPIs
- Evaluate vendor performance quarterly and make recommendations on continuation, replacement, or expansion
- Manage the marketing budget with full accountability — track spending, avoid wastage, and ensure every rupee delivers measurable output

6. Events, Webinars & Speaking Engagements

- Research and identify relevant industry conferences, manufacturing and supply chain forums, and CXO-level events where senior partners should be present or speaking
- Manage speaker submissions, event registrations, logistics, and pre-event promotions
- Execute webinars end to end — concept, promotion, registration, delivery, and post-event lead follow-up
- Ensure every event translates into documented leads and follow-up actions

7. Website Management & Conversion Optimisation

- Coordinate with web development vendors to keep faberinfinite.com updated, conversion-optimised, and technically healthy
- Ensure all campaign landing pages are purpose-built for lead capture with clear calls to action
- Track and report website traffic, user behaviour, bounce rates, and lead conversion rates monthly
- Recommend and implement improvements based on data, not assumptions
