About Us

Akova Fintech Solutions Private Limited is looking for a proactive and technically sound Operations Executive to join our growing Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in data analysis, and have the ability to coordinate effectively with partner banks and multiple internal departments to ensure smooth and productive business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with partner banks and external stakeholders for operational requirements and issue resolution.
- Work closely with multiple internal departments to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS reports.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and operational insights to support business decisions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Assist in process automation and operational improvements using Python (basic knowledge).
- Monitor operational KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational processes and reports.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.




- Support the management team with operational analysis and other assigned responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA), Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or any other relevant technical discipline.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Operations, MIS, Data Analysis, Operations Support, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and analysis.
- Excellent proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and data processing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with partner banks, external stakeholders, and multiple internal departments.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Banking Operations, Payment Operations, Technical Support, or Financial Services.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of APIs, data integration, and system workflows.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other operational management systems.
