1. Make concept design for substation, transmission line and solar farm.
2. Prepare BoQs for CAPEX proposals.
3. Prepare technical RFQs for plant and equipments and vet all technical proposals.
4. Review and approve detail engineering documents of vendors.
5. Be part of engineering team with capabilities on entire RE value chain.
6. Coordinate and monitor the Owners engineer / consultants if engaged.
