Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the development of data-powered solutions. This role involves owning the product lifecycle end-to-end, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and translating business needs into high-impact product capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in building products that solve complex financial and digital-identity challenges at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the complete product lifecyclefrom ideation and planning to launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement
- Partner with engineering, data science, analytics, design, and business teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that solve real-world customer challenges
- Convert business requirements and data insights into product roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes
- Shape product architecture and ensure solutions are scalable, technically sound, and user-centric
- Monitor product performance using data, metrics,



and user behavior to guide ongoing optimization and innovation

What Were Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in product management or related technical roles (eg, program management, data science, engineering) within a product-driven environment
- Strong data-led product thinking with the ability to translate analytics into product decisions, prioritization, and business impact
- Practical exposure to domains such as fraud analytics, underwriting, collections, or business intelligence
- Experience working hands-on with data to drive product direction and problem-solving
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent technical discipline
