Role & responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco & Aruba switches, routers, and Cisco ACI environments.
- Implement and manage VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and SD-WAN for secure, resilient, and optimized network connectivity.
- Configure and administer Cisco, Palo Alto, and SonicWall firewalls, including VPN, ACL, NAT, IPS, and WAF.
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Spectrum, proactively identifying and resolving network issues.
- Perform network maintenance, incident resolution, configuration changes, and performance optimization to ensure high availability.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in network engineering.
- Robust knowledge of Cisco networking concepts and devices.
- Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SNMP.
- Familiarity with routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.
- Knowledge of switching technologies including VLANs, STP, trunking, and Cisco ACI.
- Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN concepts.
- Cisco certification such as CCNA(preferred).
- Exposure to wireless networking concepts.
- Experience working in a 24/7 support environment
