Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will combine robust technical knowledge with excellent sales and communication skills to identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and drive business growth. The role involves customer interactions, technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal engineering and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales successfully.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure timely project execution.




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, industrial products, engineering solutions, or capital equipment.
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
