Role & responsibilities

- Divisional Manager is L2 role & he will handle 1 BM Unit (8 FLSs} + Direct Unit of 8 FLSs

- P & L owner of the branch

- Able to drive topline business through Sales Processes and Team Management

- People's Person, able to recruit, coach and develop Sales Managers.

- Ensure hygiene of business and build the right work culture at branch

- Collaborate with support functions to ensure seamless operations

- Drive Cross Sells, Up Sells

- Customer oriented and acts as ambassador of Kotak Life

Profile with Agency Sales experience in Insurance Industry can only apply.

- MBA with 12+ years of experience in Insurance, Agency Channel

- Min 3 years experience in Men Management Role

- Good understanding of the local market as well as industry dynamics.

- Result oriented and able to drive numbers.

- Should believe in strong Retail Agency fundamentals

- Valuable in communication Skill.
