Job Description:
*4+ years of relevant experience in IBM CMOD and strong understanding of CMOD components
*Configure, Maintain and Support CMOD reports processing.
*Expertise in installation, implementation, configuration, tuning and load testing of IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD).
*Experience troubleshooting CMOD issues related to indexing, ingestion, retrieval etc.
*5+ years Experience in ITIL framework and processes – incident, problem, and change management.
*Knowledge of middleware, APIs, DB (db2, oracle) & storage 8. Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
*Knowledge and experience in Banking/Insurance, familiar with terminology, concepts and business processes and systems 10. Experience in Performance tuning.
