Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to lead the design and development of enterprise applications in the Banking/BFSI domain. The candidate should have hands-on development experience, technical leadership skills, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering scalable and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design and development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor development teams.
- Integrate REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based services.




- Ensure adherence to Agile, coding standards, and best practices.
