Position:Assistant store incharge

Education : B com /BBA/MBA in Retail sector ( sales & marketing)

Age: 22-30

Experience: Experienced/ Fresher

Location: Madhya Pradesh,mumbai

Salary:2-3 LPA(As per company norms)

Principal Responsibilities:

Customer Satisfaction Management

1. Ensure stock availability on store shelves

2. Ensure that customers get assistance from CSAs in either finding the merchandise or deciding the

right product

3. Ensure faster billing of products through POS

People Management

1. Monitor the performance of CSAs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

2. Identifying the training needs of CSAs and communicate the same to Store Incharge

3. Requesting for Training of CSA’s

4. Ensuring discipline among all the CSA’s

Replenishment Planning (RP)

1.



Ensure accuracy of RP data

2. Raise PO as per RP schedule

3. Place orders based on RP Pos

4. Follow up with vendors to get stocks

Visual Merchandising

1. Ensure stock arrangement in each rack as per the planogram as circulated by the merchandising

team with zero deviation

2. Ensure show windows are always maintained as per SOP

3. Ensuring change of mannequin’s clothing once in a fortnight

Offers / Scheme / Promotions Implementation and Communication

1. Ensure proper shelf talkers are displayed in the store to communicate different offers running at

the store

2. Ensure stock availability of stocks on promotion

3. Ensure availability of offer items

Store Operations Management

1. Ensure that the following processes are managed as per SOP

a. Purchase Bills

b. Price Override

c. RP schedule Adherence

d. Stock out - Grocery

e. Scanning %
