Job Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Video Editor to take full ownership of our post-production workflows. In this role, you will construct premium, visually striking video assets that showcase landmark real estate projects, educate prospective clients, and elevate Uptown's identity across core social media channels and paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate balances long-form narrative rhythm with short-form hook pacing and is proficient in motion graphics and cutting-edge post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- High-End Post-Production: Edit premium real estate property films, architectural overviews, site updates, and lifestyle imagery into compelling final cuts.
- Short-Form Content Creation: Ideate, structure, and assemble quick-paced, high-retention vertical video cuts (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok style pieces) optimized for viral organic loops.
- Corporate & Documentary Cuts: Assemble clean, engaging developer testimonials, customer journey stories, and executive founder interviews.
- Performance Creative Optimization: Edit specific visual hooks and distinct creative variations tailored for performance marketing ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) to maximize conversion rates.
- Motion Graphics & Branding: Concept and design elegant motion graphics, lower thirds, callouts, titles,



and smooth kinetic animations using After Effects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the Content Strategists and Performance Marketing teams to convert conceptual scripts into final visual assets.
- Platform Tuning & Delivery: Export, format, and optimize final video files for platform-specific audio-visual standards, retaining maximum color grading fidelity and compressed load efficiency.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility:

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of rich experience in Video Editing and Post-Production. A strong portfolio highlighting short-form content, sleek property layouts, or high-performing ad creatives is highly preferred.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and standard audio polishing tools. Familiarity with AI-assisted video enhancement tools is a solid plus.
- Education: Graduation / MBA. Degrees specialized in BMS, Media, Fine Arts, or Marketing are preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong understand of pacing, continuity, sound design, sound tracking, color correction, and corporate brand consistency.
