Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facility Engineer (Associate) to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems and infrastructure. The role involves assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance, safety compliance, energy monitoring, and vendor coordination under the guidance of senior engineers or the facility manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining building systems such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and UPS.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and report anomalies or malfunctions.
- Assist in vendor coordination for AMC and repair services.
- Maintain records of equipment servicing, breakdowns, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in BMS monitoring, access control systems, and asset management.
- Respond to facility-related complaints or requests in a timely manner.
- Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline (2023/2024 pass-out preferred).
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with MS Office and willingness to learn CMMS/BMS tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts or on-call duty if required.

- Internship or academic project experience in building/facility services.
- Awareness of safety procedures and emergency handling.
