- Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS Core HR Absence and Payroll modules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
- Support payroll runs validations reconciliations and statutory compliance requirements
- Coordinate with business stakeholders technical teams and project managers
- Provide production support and resolve critical issues
- Conduct UAT support and deployment activities
- Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials
