Role & responsibilities

Releasing Vendor Payment before Due Date.

Preparation of Invoices, Credit/Debit Notes & Passing Necessary Entries in ERP.

Preparation of Cheque/NEFT/RTGS for Payment of Daily/Monthly Expenses.

Day to day accounting of transaction relating to receipts, payments & journal entries.

Expense bill booking after proper checking of authorization /supporting with invoice and deduction of TDS as per the provisions.

Passing journal entries Sales/Purchase/Receipt/Payment/Contra/TDS entries in ERP.

Petty Cash Handling.

Responsible for monthly payments of electricity bills, Telephone bills, Internet bills, etc

Accounting for Credit Card statement and matching thereon

Vendor payable management

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates with Experience of 2-4 years

Real Estate Preferred
