Job Profile :-
Generate sales order in SAP and share invoice to the concerned persons of plant.
Understand customer needs and requirements
Provide all backend support to sales team in terms of documentation, coordinating with factory for execution of order.
Negotiation and finalization of quotation, sales order, payment term with clients.
Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Through check of the product specification with the requirement of customers as per customer PO.
Release work order along with PO and specification to all related personnel in factory and office for production and dispatch.
Follow up with Production, Store/Purchase and Dispatch team for execution of orders, Maintain reports of dispatch schedule.
Resolve any quarries related to work order, production, and dispatch.
Punching sales order in system as per purchase order.
Send order details to account department for payment related process.
Prepare MIS related to sales and production, maintain Data Management System.
