Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise in SFMC, data management, and system integrations, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing processes and customer journey orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Transform Figma/design mockups into responsive email templates optimized for various email clients.
- Build and optimize workflows using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Develop and manage Data Extensions, data models, and audience segmentation strategies
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and automation processes
- Create dynamic and personalized email communications using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
- Integrate SFMC with external platforms such as CRM systems, websites, analytics tools, and third-party APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Manage subscriber data, preferences,



and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure optimal performance and deliverability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Managers and Marketing stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, workflows, data architecture, and automation logic

Technical Requirements

- Strong proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS
- Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Designer
- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, preferably with Salesforce CRM

Preferred Qualifications

- SFMC Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Core platforms (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Exposure to P360 or similar data platforms
- Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences marketing domain
