1. Lead and execute end-to-end market research engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations.

2. Conduct Primary Research, Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and Consumer Insights projects to support strategic business decisions.

3. Perform Market Sizing, identify market opportunities, and provide actionable business recommendations.

4. Manage and execute Mystery Shopping assignments, customer experience studies, and retail assessment projects.

5. Analyze complex datasets, interpret research findings, and prepare insightful reports and client presentations.

6. Support business development through proposal preparation, scope creation, and sales enablement activities..

Requirements -

1. Graduate/Postgraduate with 48 years of experience in Market Research or Business Research.

2. Strong hands-on experience in Primary Research, Secondary Research, Market Sizing, and Mystery Shopping.

3. Experience in Market Intelligence, Competitor Analysis, Customer Insights, and Report Writing.

4. Proven experience managing end-to-end market research projects and delivering actionable insights.

5. Solid client management,



stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

6. Experience in proposal development, sales support, and business advisory assignments will be an added advantage.
