We are seeking a business-oriented Digital Analyst to join our Global Centre of Excellence (COE) in Mumbai
This role will play a critical part in enabling digital first decision making across Global Procurement and Real Estate Workplace Solutions (REWS)
The analyst will act as a digital partner for both functions, primarily focused on Procurement where the resource will act as a product owner for Current Source to Contract solution for WPP Procurement (GEP) and also for any future tools
The resource will also be responsible for all
This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex datasets into explicit, actionable insights for senior leadership
What youll be doing:
Digital System Support Procurement
Support the Global Director in managing the Procurement digital roadmap, including enhancements, automation opportunities, and future solution design
Serve as a super user and operational support lead for Procurement platforms and tools such as GEP, SupplierIO, Databricks, Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint, and advanced analytics solutions
Assist in the design, testing, rollout, and adoption of source-to-contract and supplier-related systems
Maintain and improve Procurement system processes, including user access, onboarding/offboarding, templates, and compliance with internal policies and quality standards
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with internal and external technology partners
Support the development and maintenance of Procurement portals, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility of supplier, spend, and performance data
Help identify opportunities for automation, AI-enabled workflows, and smarter ways of working
Digital Systems Support REWS
Support the onboarding, adoption, and ongoing management of REWS systems and tools
Act as a super user for platforms such as JLL Azara, Tango Analytics, CoStar,
and other relevant REWS applications
Conduct analysis to understand business needs, identify gaps, and support solution enhancements
Partner with stakeholders to ensure tools and systems are effectively used to support workplace and real estate decisions
Analytics, Governance Reporting
Provide analysis, reporting, and insights to support the Global Director and leadership teams in making informed decisions
Track and report key metrics such as:
o user adoption
o compliance
o issue resolution
o stakeholder feedback
o training effectiveness
Review data quality, identify inconsistencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues
Support governance processes and ensure systems operate in line with company controls and procedures
Manage the shared inbox to support all digital system related queries,
Stakeholder Engagement COE Enablement
Work closely with global stakeholders across Procurement, REWS, Finance, IT, Data, and external vendors
Act as a coordination point between business teams and technology partners to ensure priorities are understood and delivered
Support the creation of standard processes, documentation, user guides, and best-practice materials to strengthen COE capability
Communicate updates clearly and regularly to stakeholders, ensuring visibility of system changes, enhancements, and support issues
Hold external suppliers accountable for timely resolution of queries and delivery commitments

What youll need:
Experience
5 8+ years of experience business intelligence, reporting, systems support, and digital transformation
Prior experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, REWS, Finance, or transformation teams is highly desirable
Experience working with global stakeholders and complex datasets in a matrix environment
Exposure to system implementation, process improvement, or digital transformation programs is an advantage
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Procurement systems and digital workflows
Ability to interpret business requirements and support solution development
Strong data review and validation skills, with the ability to identify issues and inconsistencies
Comfortable learning new systems quickly and adapting to changing business needs
Solid understanding of:
Procurement digital landscape
ERP and source-to-contract processes
Basic financial concepts such as GLs, cost centres, and budgets
REWS or portfolio-related metrics, where applicable
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and business-friendly way
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests effectively
Proactive, curious, and solutions oriented
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working in a global, fast-moving, and highly visible environment
