Key Responsibilities:

- Promptly attend and respond to customer enquiries.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates with airlines, sub-agents, destination offices, and transporters.
- Understand customer needs and provide effective, customized solutions.
- Coordinate with local shippers, destination offices, and CHA for smooth shipment handling.
- Update shipment status, track deliveries, and ensure proactive follow-ups.
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly MIS.
- Participate in cargo planning and ensure committed cargo volumes with airlines are met.
- Provide timely and competitive rate quotations for spot queries.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Air Export Pricing (preferably in freight forwarding/logistics).

2. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

4. Valuable knowledge of market trends and the air freight industry.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Freight forwarding systems
